Conformance target
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Lighthouse and axe-core run on every release.
What we test
- Colour-contrast ratio of body text ≥ 4.5:1; large text ≥ 3:1
- Keyboard-only navigation across the full site, including the FAQ accordion (native <details>) and the cookie banner
- Touch targets ≥ 44 × 44 px
- Visible focus styles (gold outline) on every focusable element
- Screen-reader testing on NVDA + VoiceOver against home, service hub, service detail, contact, and insights pages
