What this site collects

This website is informational. It sets only the cookies it needs to work — no analytics and no marketing cookies. If you email us, we use what you send only to answer your enquiry.

Our client services — wills, estates, trusts, tracing, and cover — run inside the secure portal, which carries its own privacy notices at the point where information is collected.

Your rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete information, where the law allows.
• Object to processing, and complain to the Information Regulator.

Some records must be kept for periods set by law; where that applies it overrides a deletion request, and we will tell you so.
